Interesting choice for a film festival

Howdy!

I just went through the flyer for the Festival of Films on Art, and noticed that Who Gets to Call it Art? is being screened twice. On first blush, cool! Until you realize that the film has been available on DVD since last spring. I thought the idea of a film festival was to show new films? Why couldn't they get The Collector?
