Robin Pacific please meet Nancy Nisbet
Howdy!
I read this article by Alexandra Shimo about Robin Pacific's Shelf Portrait. And I said to myself, 'been there, done that, and I have the t-shirt, too.'
I do have a couple of questions, though. 1. If Ms. Pacific is 61 years old, and has been collecting books for 30 years does this mean that she only learned to read when she was 31? 2. Has Ms. Pacific spoken with Angela Grauerholz? 3. And I gotta remember later this year to tell the organizers of the McGill Book Fair, that they should apply for Canada Council and Conseil des Arts et des Lettre du Quebec grants, as the preparation for the fair is 100% contemporary visual arts.
