Exporting Culture

Howdy!

Marc Mayer appears to have been right. Canadians don't export culture. Or more precisely they don't export culture well. Given that last year they made humongous and really bad mistakes, I'll wait a couple of days to make sure that everything is hunky dory before looking at the data seriously. [ie: Did they count the value of every Riopelle painting shipped to Russia? Or merely estimate how many Riopelle paintings that were sold by Canadians and were bought by Russians?]
