Howdy!

By the one and only Todd Gibson, but this time at the New York Foundation for the Arts newsletter. I've only read it once, and quickly, but like my reaction to the article by Marc Speigler I think he's got the right conclusion, but I would disagree loudly with the path that he takes to get there.
