I have no idea what would compare to the New York Times, the Village Voice or the New York Blade in Georgia (no, the other Georgia). But Mike Woodcock makes it into The Messenger. (Allow me my one adolescent joke, given Ms. Coric's background, and Mr. Woodcock's last name, they should have changed places...) You can read more about his work, here.
